Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

That is not necessary. though we do not discourage it. We love to have a moment to be sure you're satisfied with our services. If you prefer, we can keep keys and garage codes on file for our pros to enter your home for your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid a $35 fee, we recommend cancelling 48 hours in an advance.

Will the same person be sent to my home each visit?

Yes. We understand how important your home is to you and want to make sure you are comfortable and receiving the best service possible. Sending the same pro helps ensure that quality. Although if your pro is unavailable you may be presented with the option of having another pro substitute.

How can I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

Tidying up helps ensure we reach each nook and cranny and get all the grime cleaned up so you come home smiling.

Background checks on our pros?

Each pro has undergone a background check before hire. Once hired they are detailed trained on how to clean your home efficiently and guided to provide the best cleaning for each individual customer.

Do pros clean up after pets?

Unfortunately no, our pros are directed to not touch any animal waste or bio-hazard materials in accordance with OSHA.

Can I tip my pro?

Tips are not required, although if you'd like to thank your pro, you may tip them or leave them a review on Facebook or Google

How do I pay?

1. Cash or check may be left on the day of the cleaning
2. A invoice will be sent to your email to pay by credit card

What services are available?

Residential cleanings; standard cleaning, deep cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings, one time cleanings, as well as regularly scheduled cleanings.

Commercial cleanings; post construction or remodel clean up, gyms, offices and much more.

Are supplies and equipment provided?

Yes. We provide all green cleaning products, canister vacuum, mop/bucket and any additional supplies necessary to cut through grime.

How are services priced?

The overall cost is based on square footage, number of rooms and condition of home. Additional charge per hour if more time is needed.

Can I skip or rescheduled an appointment?

Absolutely. If possible, please just give us a 48 hour notice so that we can ensure work for our pros.

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

We strive to deliver exceptional quality by following thorough checklists and implementing random quality checks on our pros regularly. Your feedback is very important to continuing improving our quality of cleaning service.

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours so that we may re-clean your home free of charge.
